By-Laws
These are current By-Laws. These By-Laws were written prior to existence of the Temple.
To be precise: Land, Temple, Priest and Operations were non-existence while these By-Laws were written.
By-Laws are due for changes (Add, Delete, Change). Shirdi Sai of Delaware is a public entity and maintains transparency in all aspects. Founders are not the owners of the temple. Community owns and supports this temple. By-Laws should be fair and every member should have a chance to be part of the temple and Board. So, it is our intention that input for the by-laws changes should come from all qualified members (minimum: Life Member).
Any qualified member can contest, get elected and serve the Board.
